    this time we entered the 11th meeting, at this meeting I got important points from the quiz that had been given by the lecturer, after I did all the quizzes given I found some material as above

From the important points that I found above, we will discuss about job descriptions, social media, three-word prefix verbs, Indonesian vocabulary development.

    Before that we must know what a job is? In my opinion, what I got from reading on google work is a guideline, guide and action for the workforce to carry out their duties and responsibilities. With a clear job design and job description, employees will be more productive and achieve so that more economic benefits will be obtained from work. Yes, as in general, every worker must get a wage, and each region has an average UMR that is not the same. However, during this pandemic many employees have been expelled by their companies, and all of them will be higher, therefore we as the next generation must create a lot of jobs, and provide salaries that are in accordance with the work done by employees.

    The second is social media. In my opinion, social media is media that is used online using the internet. In this social media, its users can communicate, share, and search for the latest news. However, there are also many people who use the internet to look for negative things, and there are also especially teenagers who use the internet to play online games like me. From this social media there are 2 impacts, namely positive and negative impacts, an example of the positive impact is, we can find the latest information even though we don't watch the news on tv. The negative impact is when we are addicted to playing social media and addicted to playing games. 

    The third is prahasal verb, Phrasal verb is a phrase consisting of a verb plus an adverb or preposition. Phrasal verbs create a different meaning from the verb itself.

    The fourth is vocabulary development. Before entering the development we must know what is vocabulary?. Vocabulary is a set of words that can be known by a person or other entity, or is also a part of a particular language. Development is a conscious effort to create a new vocabulary to accommodate a concept for which there is no vocabulary. It is the duty of government agencies that deal with language, but this development can actually also be carried out by social institutions and individuals.

    In the book General Guidelines for the Formation of Terms or PUPI (2005) it is stated that no single language has a complete vocabulary and does not require expressions for new ideas, findings, or inventions. This is the basic spirit in efforts to develop the Indonesian language from time to time. The development of Indonesian vocabulary is carried out by creating new equivalent words or terms needed by the community, both for general and scientific needs. This matching can be done by translation, absorption, or a combination of both.
